Ordering & Payments

Orders are securely processed by PayPal. PayPal accepts multiple forms of payment and make ordering simple, secure, and safe. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Cost

I ship figurines individually in a sturdy box with a lot protective padding. I ship via the United States Postal Service as I have found this is the most reliable, safest, and inexpensive way to ship.

Shipping within the United States is a flat fee of $10 per an item. Shipping outside the United States is a flat fee of $25 per an item. These prices directly reflect my costs for packaging and shipping fees. I provide a tracking number for all packages when it is available. Some international destinations are not provided tracking numbers, but I will still provide you with shipping details.

Return Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your figurine, please contact me to discuss how I can make it right.

I do my best to make sure your figurine is packed carefully and securely. If your figurine arrives broken, please notify us immediately to arrange to ship it back to me for repair or replacement. I do not cover return shipping costs. I do not charge to ship the repaired or replaced figurine back to you.

Repairs

If your figurine was damaged by an accident, I might be able to fix it for you. Please save as much of the broken pieces as you can and contact me to discuss how I may be able to help you.

Custom Orders

I accept custom orders. Please contact me or submit a request online. I will discuss options and pricing with you. I will also provide a time estimate for completion of the figurine.

I will discuss your request in detail with you and ask for as much of a detailed description as possible. If photos are available, as many photos as you can provide are very helpful. I share updates and photos with you throughout the creative process.
